WHO ARE WE?
Pinnacle Performance Health & Wellness was founded in 2023 by first responders Jessica Alipour and Chris Gatti. They had one goal in mind: to provide a personable, simplified and custom approach to anyone looking to enhance their lifestyle, health and wellness. Additionally, the main aim was to eliminate all of the guesswork for prospective clients and provide transparent direction, advice and education when it comes to hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptides, vitamins, nootropics and anti-aging.
As consumers of many of these products themselves for years, they each became frustrated with the vast amounts of misinformation, lack of guidance and transactional personalities of many of these so-called "health and wellness" companies. Discouraged and disappointed from the many empty promises made by these companies, they paired their unique experiences and expertise to set out and build a company and a brand that people could trust and depend on. Pinnacle Performance Health & Wellness was born!

Chris GATTI
CEO/President
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Once a NCAA division 1 football player, Chris, is now a police detective in Miami, Florida. He has been in law enforcement for over 11 years and has received numerous accolades and awards for his outstanding work on the police force. He has served in a multitude of different roles and divisions including the SWAT team, Housing Authority Unit, Narcotics Bureau, Crime Suppression Unit and Criminal Investigations Unit.
In addition to serving on the police force, Chris is also an accomplished entrepreneur. He has started companies that have achieved success in the real estate industry, the financial services industry, and the health and wellness industry.
In 2018, Chris got his first taste of "bio-hacking" when he was introduced to cryotherapy. From there, his interest and knowledge grew as he opened a recovery and wellness center that offered a multitude of bio-hacking services including cryotherapy, IV infusions, infrared sauna, red light therapy, body sculpting and vitamin injections.
Working alongside a vastly experienced and accomplished medical staff coupled with an extensive and prolific athletic career, Chris has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to cutting-edge health and wellness treatments. He brings with him an extensive amount of business and customer service experience and understands what it is like to be a client entrusting a company with your health and well-being.
Chris is a devout Christian and an avid supporter of the military and all first responders which is why Pinnacle is proud to offer our Hero Discount Program! It is our small way of supporting and saying thank you to all of those that have served and continue to serve this great nation!
Recently, Chris was blessed with his biggest, proudest and most prestigious honor. It is an accomplishment and title that trumps all of the previous accolades. It is the title of "Dad."
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Jessica ALIPOUR
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Jessica has been working in the healthcare and medical industry for over 13 years. In 2011, she graduated from Barry University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. During her tenure at Barry University, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Since graduating, Jessica has worked in a multitude of specialities including medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, oncology, case management, emergency medicine and trauma.
In 2017, Jessica returned to Barry University to pursue her Master's Degree. In 2020, after three years of intense studies and while working full-time as an emergency room Trauma Nurse, she graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing Degree with a concentration in Family Medicine. Shortly after graduating, she became a board certified Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Since elevating her career to a Nurse Practitioner, Jessica has obtained a vast amount of experience working in family medicine, functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, pain management, aesthetics and hematology. Beginning several years ago, she began to extensively research alternative methods of medicine to include peptide therapy and vitamin supplementation. After receiving practical education and experience, she began to implement these alternative methods of medicine with her own patients and has seen a tremendous and overwhelmingly positive response.
Jessica is extremely passionate about advocating for and educating patients about their rights. She has always felt an important responsibility and duty in that role. She also strongly believes in preventative medicine and healthcare, especially when it comes to preventing degenerative and cancerous diseases.
Jessica believes it is her responsibility to encourage the patient to become knowledgeable and educated about their own health and well-being. She constantly preaches about believing in seeing the patient as a whole, made up a multitude of individual moving parts in order to provide patients’ centered care.
When not working or tending to her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, her son, her Morkie puppy named Rosie, and her friends.
